Man this was pretty creepy.
A short story set in the early 18-hundreds, showing the depiction of poverty and what one is willing to go through to escape this fate. Featuring breathtaking audio at the right moments and illustration to aid the visual horrors of this awesome one-time playable game.

I love the old fairytales like this, and it was an awesome take on horror games. Extremely creepy story!
now this was one of the most tense 15 minutes or so of my life. i played it again, seeing if there might be multiple endings as with other text horror games, but the second time reading (watching?) was twice as unsettling as the first. tension at its finest!
